Contracting Parties

1) The seller is the company: HD-INFO d.o.o., VAT-IN: HR77524206664 with its registered office at Brsljana 21, Zagreb, Croatia.

2) The customer is a natural or legal person who confirms the order created through this website and makes payment for the ordered goods and services, one of the possible methods of payment (see methods of payment).

By confirming the order, the Customer agrees to all business conditions of this Internet store as stated on this site. All your remarks, remarks and compliments for buying in this web store can be sent via our web form on this site or to the seller's email.

Terms of order acceptance in our Internet store

Orders created by the buyer through the automated web store system on the site "https://hd-multimedia.si/" are not final and binding on the seller. Each order is manually checked by the seller's staff before it becomes valid, in order to check the condition, price and possibility of delivery. If we can fulfill the order, the order will be accepted without additional notice to the buyer and the goods will be sent for payment and paragraph in accordance with the agreed delivery times. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will immediately notify the customer (or within 3 working days at the latest) of the impossibility of fulfilling the order and at least send a notification via e-mail about the cancellation of the order. The buyer is then free to repeat his order according to the new possibilities of the seller.

Terms of delivery

We deliver goods through courier services. Usually by Slovenian or Croatian Post, GLS, DPD and EMS delivery.

Delivery (chargeable) usually takes 5 or less working days to reach customer. 

Delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building to which the shipment is addressed. The courier is not obliged to carry the goods inside the building or to the floor where the buyer is located. Goods are insured against delivery losses. When the buyer takes over the goods, he is obliged to sign a record that he has taken over the goods, which is a confirmation of the takeover of the goods by the buyer.

 

If goods are damaged in transport

The buyer is obliged to check any damage to the outer box immediately upon collection of the goods and immediately report them to the delivery person, and if he concludes that the goods are damaged in transport, to refuse such collection of the shipment from the supplier. In all cases with receiving damaged goods customer is obliged to immediately take photos (possibly by smart phone) how he received goods and present them in no delay when reporting disputes.  
The buyer's right to return the goods 
(Unilateral termination of the contract under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act).
Within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the goods, the buyer is able to terminate the purchase contract, without stating any reasons for doing so, and return the purchased goods to our address: HD-INFO d.o.o., Svetice 23, HR-10000 Zagreb. The goods must be the same in quantity and quality in accordance with the invoice / contract as received or purchased. The goods must be returned with the invoice (copy) as purchased and with an indication that the buyer intends to terminate the purchase contract. The following amount will be returned to the buyer: 1.) 100% amount - if the goods are returned as factory packed and without damage to the packaging; The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to our address; 2) 80% of the amount, if the goods are returned correct, complete and without damage, but unpacked and returned in the original complete packaging. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to our address; 3) 50% or less, If the goods are incomplete or returned without packaging, the buyer and seller should reach an agreement - on the return of goods and the amount that will be refunded. In that case, the refunded amount cannot be higher than 50% of the total amount paid for the purchased goods.

 

Complaints and warranty returns

Warranty for all new products - standard 24 months

The warranty for all new (factory packaged) products lasts for 24 months from the date of invoice (purchase). The warranty can be shortened for some types of products (eg. products with batteries inside) and types of sales, but this must be especially emphasized when contracting a purchase. Additional warranty conditions (information only) are available on product page and website.
